The HydroVision International Conference and Exhibition will be held July 27 – 30, 2010, at the Charlotte Convention Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. In addition to the conference and exhibition, a variety of ancillary events are anticipated (e.g., workshops, seminars, meetings of professional organizations, golf tournament, and hydro plant technical tours).
HydroVision International will highlight perspectives on the role of hydropower, explore issues affecting hydro resources, and help participants develop a vision to meet challenges and ensure the future sustainability of hydro. This conference will bring together a broad range of worldwide hydro professionals with environmental, technical, social, and regulatory perspectives to:
• Gain a better understanding of current and future issues affecting hydro
• Share knowledge, expertise, and viewpoints toward effective solutions
• Build alliances and create synergy among various water resource stakeholders
